Terms and Conditions

    - All prices quoted in U.S.$ dollars.
    - An automatic e-mail acknowledgement is sent to the e-mail address included on the credit card checkout form immediately after submitting the order.
    - Orders are processed within 5 business days. For express deliveries, indicate your request in the Comments section on the Checkout page, or send an e-mail reply to the order auto-acknowledgement.
    - We accept major credit card payments via Mastercard or VISA with valid expiration dates.
    - New York State residents pay 8.375% sales tax. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
    - All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise specified. Allow 7-21 business days for delivery; international destinations may take longer. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box numbers.

    - Order totals are calculated with standard Shipping and Handling rates. Shipping and Handling will be recalculated after order placement if the total exceeds $250 and on international shipments. If extra shipping and handling charges apply, the customer will be notified by telephone or via e-mail unless special shipping was requested by the customer. Customer confirmation may be required before the credit card charges are processed.
    - On the CHECKOUT page, customers have the choice to place the order ONLINE or OFFLINE.
      - ONLINE orders are processed automatically via the secure server with a credit card payment. Shipments are made during business days as indicated above.
      - If OFFLINE is selected at checkout, a print version of the order is produced only in the customer computer. Offline orders are not sent to the Ukrainian Museum Gift Shop. It is up to the customer to print out the order and fax, mail or phone it in to the Gift Shop. Shipments for Offline orders are processed only after the order and payment have been received.

    - Members in good standing receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchases (no discount on the shipping or other charges) after the order is placed and membership status has been verified.
